However, we do have some recommendations if your garment has been damaged and needs a bit of care to extend its life.</p><h2 data-section-id="a7soaj" data-start="322" data-end="342" id="uk-repair-service">UK repair service</h2><p data-start="344" data-end="415">For customers in the UK, we highly recommend Lancashire Sports Repairs.</p><p data-start="417" data-end="503">They offer a wide range of repair services suitable for technical garments, including:</p><ul data-start="504" data-end="629"><li data-section-id="1x4mhx" data-start="504" data-end="519">Taped seams</li><li data-section-id="1kn7vp" data-start="520" data-end="552">General stitching and sewing</li><li data-section-id="xj6135" data-start="553" data-end="592">Zip repairs (main zips and pockets)</li><li data-section-id="9kn354" data-start="593" data-end="629">Other common wear and tear fixes</li></ul><p data-start="631" data-end="771">They operate as an online service, so you can send your garment directly to them and they will return it once the repair has been completed.</p><h2 data-section-id="5bg2wi" data-start="773" data-end="804" id="international-repair-options">International repair options</h2><p data-start="806" data-end="887">We do not currently have recommended repair partners for international customers.</p><p data-start="889" data-end="1068">If you are based outside the UK, we suggest contacting a local specialist in sportswear or technical outdoor garments, as they will be best equipped to advise on suitable repairs.</p><h2 data-section-id="8exeee" data-start="1070" data-end="1101" id="quick-fixes-for-minor-damage">Quick fixes for minor damage</h2><p data-start="1103" data-end="1187">For smaller tears or damage that can happen during use, we recommend Tenacious Tape.</p><p data-start="1189" data-end="1322">This is available in a clear version, which is ideal for our reflective garments as it will not interfere with the reflective finish.</p><p data-start="1324" data-end="1409">It is a waterproof, durable solution that works well for quick and effective repairs.</p><h2 data-section-id="1sgx4v0" data-start="1411" data-end="1434" id="manufacturing-faults">Manufacturing faults</h2><p data-start="1436" data-end="1563">If you believe the damage may be due to a manufacturing fault, please contact our <a href="https://proviz-global-support.gorgias.help/en-US/contact" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">support team</a> before carrying out any repairs.</p><p data-start="1565" data-end="1673">In some cases, you may be entitled to a replacement, and repairing the garment beforehand could affect this.</p><p data-start="1675" data-end="1765">You can submit a claim using the form below if you believe there is a manufacturing issue.</p><p data-start="1767" data-end="1950">As a guide, manufacturing faults are typically identified at the point of purchase or shortly after first use. Damage that occurs over time is more likely to be general wear and tear.</p>
