What if something goes wrong with my delivery?Updated 2 months ago

Although it is very rare, occasionally parcels can go missing, be returned to sender or experience unexpected delays within the courier network. 

Whilst this is outside of our control we understand the frustration that this causes so we've taken steps to make things easy for our customers should anything go wrong. 

We have implemented some new technology that provides proactive shipping alerts to take the stress from our customers in the unlikely event that anything should go wrong. 

The team in customer support will be notified if it looks like theres an issue with your delivery and we will get in touch with you and the courier to find out what's gone wrong and put things right for you. 

The team will keep you updated and if necessary we will re-issue your order so you can rest assured you wont be left in the dark!
