What are the next steps if my delivery is marked as delivered but I haven't received it?

Sorry to hear your parcel hasn't turned up. Most of the time it's just been left somewhere safe nearby, so here are a few things to check first.

1. Check around your property

Have a look anywhere a courier might leave a parcel, such as a porch, bin store, garage, shed or behind a gate.

2. Ask your neighbours

Couriers will sometimes leave parcels with a neighbour if nobody's home, so it's worth asking around.

3. Check your tracking

If your tracking includes a delivery photo or a note of where it was left, this can be a big help. It's also worth waiting until the end of the day, as parcels are sometimes marked as delivered a little before they actually arrive.

4. Check your delivery address

Make sure the address on your order confirmation email is correct.
