What are the next steps if my delivery is marked as delivered but cannot be found?Updated a month ago

If your order is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please begin by checking with your neighbors and surrounding areas of your property for a safe place where the courier might have left the package. If the package is still not found, we will initiate an investigation with the courier. You would need to provide a signed and dated 'declaration of non-receipt' with specific details. We can provide you with a template; once signed, you can take a photo and email it back to us. We'll handle the rest and ensure this issue is resolved promptly.
