Will I have to pay extra duty and taxes on my order?

No. All our orders are shipped from our UK warehouse, and for orders outside the UK, all taxes and duties are worked out and charged at checkout. The checkout calculates them for you and adds them to your order total, so you'll know exactly what you're paying before you place your order.

That means no nasty surprises when your parcel arrives, and nothing extra to pay to the courier on delivery.

Good to know

- All our prices and payments are in GBP (£), so your bank may convert the total into your own currency using its own exchange rate

- If a courier ever asks you to pay anything extra on delivery, please email [email protected] with your order number before paying, so we can look into it for you
