Shipping Addresses for USA OrdersUpdated 19 days ago
We use FedEx to deliver orders to the USA, and FedEx has a few address rules we need you to follow to make sure your order arrives without delay.
Please use a residential or street address
FedEx cannot deliver to PO Box addresses. When you place an order, please give us a residential or business street address instead, so FedEx has an actual location to deliver to.
If your order is placed with a PO Box, it won't be able to be delivered and will be sent back to us — this isn't something we're able to override, as it comes down to FedEx's own delivery rules, not ours.
Military addresses (APO / FPO / DPO)
FedEx is also unable to deliver to military addresses (APO, FPO, and DPO). Only USPS is authorised to deliver to these addresses, due to security rules that apply to military mail — this applies across the board and isn't something FedEx (or we) can make an exception for.
If you're ordering to a military address, please use a residential address instead, such as a family member's address or another location where FedEx can deliver directly.
General delivery addresses
Similarly, we're not able to deliver to "General Delivery" addresses (where mail is held for you to collect at a local post office), for the same reason as PO Boxes — there's no street address for the driver to deliver to.
Good to know: private mailboxes are fine
If you use a private mailbox service, such as a box at a UPS Store or similar, with a proper street address and suite/box number, that's absolutely fine — FedEx treats this as a normal address, not a PO Box, so there's no issue delivering there.
We can't amend your address once it's shipped
Please double check your address before placing your order. Once your order is in transit, we're unable to change the delivery address — this is due to the contracts we have in place with our courier partners, so please make sure your address is entered correctly at checkout.
What happens if my order can't be delivered?
Even with these rules in place, it's possible for an order to still dispatch with an address that FedEx ultimately can't deliver to (for example, a PO Box or military address that's slipped through). If this happens, the parcel will be returned to us rather than delivered to you.
If your order is sent back to us this way, please get in touch with our support team and we'll sort out next steps with you.
Please note that reshipping an order can mean a second delivery is needed, and additional payment may be collected to cover this if the original details provided weren't correct. We'd always rather work this out with you directly, so if this happens to you, just reach out and we'll find the best way forward together.
