Returns are something we want to make as easy and affordable as possible for our customers, so we've worked hard to keep the costs as low as we can. Here's a breakdown of what to expect depending on where you're returning from.
Please note that all return costs are charged in GBP. If you are paying in another currency, the amount you are charged may vary slightly depending on the exchange rate at the time of processing.

Return cost: £4.95
Exchange cost: £8.95
The exchange fee is a flat rate of £8.95. This includes £4.00 for the return shipping, £4.00 for the outbound delivery of your replacement item and a £0.95 processing fee. We aim to be fully transparent with these charges so there are no surprises.
Exchange delivery service: All exchange orders are dispatched using the Royal Mail 48 tracked service. We are unable to upgrade or change the delivery service on exchange orders, so please bear this in mind when placing your exchange request.
