Occasionally notifications can also land in your spam folder, so it might be worth checking your spam/junk folder.
However, the most common reason for not receiving your order confirmation or tracking details is either a typo when you entered your email address or you've used a payment method that has autopopulated your address details using an old email address (this can happen with Paypal and Apple Pay)
Dont worry though - just contact the team with the delivery address information and your name and the team will confirm your order details and send you a new tracking link.
