How to Raise a Data Protection Complaint (UK Customers)Updated 16 days ago

This page is for UK customers who want to raise a complaint about how we've handled their personal data.

How to get in touch

On our contact form, you'll see a subject option for data protection complaints. Use this if you're unhappy with how we've collected, used, or stored your personal information, and want to raise it as a formal complaint.

What this option is for

This subject line is there so complaints about your data go straight to the right team, rather than getting mixed in with general customer service queries. It's specifically for raising concerns or complaints under UK data protection law (UK GDPR).

What this option is NOT for

Important: selecting this subject does not request the removal or deletion of your personal data. It won't trigger us to delete your information — it's purely for raising a complaint.

If you want your data removed or deleted, you'll need to contact our customer support team directly and ask for this separately. Please don't rely on the complaints form subject to action this for you.

What happens next

Once you've submitted your complaint, our team will look into it and get back to you.

If you're not happy with our response, or feel we haven't dealt with your complaint properly, you also have the right to raise it with the UK's data protection regulator, the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), at ico.org.uk.
