Everything you need to know about e-gift cards
Can I buy a gift card?
Yes, we sell e-gift cards, which are a great choice if you're shopping for someone but aren't quite sure what to get them. We don't send physical gift cards. Our e-gift cards are sent by email, with instructions on how to use them at checkout.
How do I buy one?
1. Go to our E-Gift Card page on provizsports.com
2. Choose an amount: £10, £25, £50, £75 or £100
3. Add the name and email address of the person you're sending it to, plus a message if you'd like
4. Choose the date you'd like it to be sent. This is handy if you want it to arrive on a birthday or on Christmas morning
5. Add it to your basket and check out as normal
If you'd like to give a different amount, you can buy any combination of e-gift cards to make up the value you want. There are no extra processing fees.
Can I buy an e-gift card in the sale?
E-gift cards aren't offered at a discounted price during sale periods.
How do I use my e-gift card?
1. Shop on provizsports.com and add the items you'd like to your basket
2. Go to checkout
3. Enter your e-gift card code where it asks for a gift card or discount code
4. The value of your gift card will be taken off your order total
You don't have to spend it all in one go. Any balance left over stays on your e-gift card, so you can use it across more than one order.
Where can I use it?
E-gift cards can only be used on provizsports.com, so they can't be used with any of our retail partners.
How long is my e-gift card valid for?
E-gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date they were bought, so make sure you use your balance before then. They can't be exchanged for cash.
I haven't received my e-gift card
Here are a few things worth checking first:
- Check the send date. E-gift cards are sent on the date chosen when they were bought, so it might be scheduled for a later date
- Check your junk or spam folder, as emails can sometimes end up in there
- Make sure the email address entered when buying the gift card was correct
If you've checked all of these and still can't find it, email us at [email protected] with the order number for the gift card, and we'll look into it for you.
