Christmas and Black Friday returns guide

Not quite the right fit? Don't worry, returning your order is simple, so you can get exactly what you need.

Extended Christmas returns

Orders placed between 16th November and 18th December 2026 can be returned up until 8th January 2027, so there's plenty of time to swap or return any gifts after Christmas. Orders placed after 18th December have our usual 21 days from delivery.

Once your return is registered, you'll have 14 days to use your returns label before it expires. Unfortunately, we can't extend this beyond the Christmas returns period.

Condition check

Just make sure items are unworn (trying them on is fine), in new condition and still have all their tags attached.

Exchanges

If your order was delivered to mainland UK, you can exchange your item for a different size or colour through our returns portal. If you're outside mainland UK, you can return your item for a refund and place a new order.
