Step 1: Let us know you want to cancel
You'll find the cancel button in the footer of our website (right at the bottom of the page). Click it and pop in your details. You'll get an email straight after confirming we've got your request.
Quick heads up: that email just confirms we've received your cancellation — it's not a return label, and it doesn't kick off your refund yet.
Please note: because orders move quickly through our warehouse, we can't guarantee we'll catch it before it's dispatched, even if you cancel straight away. So there's a good chance your order will still arrive after you've cancelled — if it does, just follow the step below.
Step 2: Order still arrived? Register your return with Swap
If your order turns up despite cancelling, you'll need to arrange the return through our returns portal, Swap. This is a separate step from cancelling — cancelling on its own doesn't set up the return for you.
Head to Swap and register your return within 14 days of cancelling. Swap will then walk you through sending the item back to us.
Try not to leave this too long — if you register after the 14 days, it could hold up your refund.
Step 3: Send it back
Once you've registered on Swap, just follow the steps it gives you to get the item back to us.
When will I get my refund?
We'll refund you within 14 days of your item arriving back at our warehouse here in the UK.
Worth knowing: if you're posting from elsewhere in the EU, the parcel itself can take a little while to reach us, and that travel time is on top of our 14 days. So from the day you post it, give it a bit longer than 14 days altogether before your refund lands — we promise we're not sitting on it, it's just the postal journey.
