When is Black Friday at Proviz?
Our Black Friday event kicks off in mid-November, so keep an eye on our website, newsletter and social media for the latest dates and deals.
Are the deals available online?
Yes, all our Black Friday deals are available on provizsports.com, so you can shop from the comfort of your own home, wherever you are in the world.
How can I hear about the deals first?
Sign up to our newsletter on our website and you'll be among the first to know when our deals go live. It's also worth following us on social media for the latest updates.
How long will delivery take?
Our usual delivery options are all available over Black Friday. We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours, Monday to Friday, and we don't dispatch at the weekend. As it's our busiest time of year, deliveries can occasionally take a little longer than usual, so please bear with us.
UK orders: Royal Mail Tracked 24 and Tracked 48 aren't guaranteed services, so if you need your order by a certain date, we'd recommend choosing DPD Next Day.
International orders: EU deliveries (including Ireland) normally take 2 to 4 working days, and deliveries to the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and the rest of the world normally take 4 to 6 working days. Tracking can sometimes pause for a few days while parcels pass through sorting hubs and customs, which is completely normal, especially at this time of year.

Will I have to pay extra duty or taxes?
No. For orders outside the UK, all taxes and duties are worked out and added at checkout, so you'll know exactly what you're paying and there's nothing extra to pay on delivery.
Can I return items bought on Black Friday?
Yes, and you've got even longer than usual. Orders placed between 16th November and 18th December 2026 can be returned up until 8th January 2027, as long as they're unworn with all their tags attached.
If your order was delivered to mainland UK, you can also exchange it for a different size or colour. If you're outside mainland UK, including Northern Ireland, you can return your item for a refund and place a new order.
If you're in Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Jersey, Guernsey or the Isle of Man, you'll need to post your return back to us yourself. Full details are in our "How do I return an item from outside the UK?" article.

Are e-gift cards included in the sale?
E-gift cards aren't offered at a discounted price during sale periods, but they still make a great gift.
