Accidents and Repairs for Your Proviz Garments
At this time, we do not offer a direct repairs service. However, we do have some recommendations if your garment has been damaged and needs a bit of care to extend its life.
UK repair service
For customers in the UK, we highly recommend Lancashire Sports Repairs.
They offer a wide range of repair services suitable for technical garments, including:
- Taped seams
- General stitching and sewing
- Zip repairs (main zips and pockets)
- Other common wear and tear fixes
They operate as an online service, so you can send your garment directly to them and they will return it once the repair has been completed.
International repair options
We do not currently have recommended repair partners for international customers.
If you are based outside the UK, we suggest contacting a local specialist in sportswear or technical outdoor garments, as they will be best equipped to advise on suitable repairs.
Quick fixes for minor damage
For smaller tears or damage that can happen during use, we recommend Tenacious Tape.
This is available in a clear version, which is ideal for our reflective garments as it will not interfere with the reflective finish.
It is a waterproof, durable solution that works well for quick and effective repairs.
Manufacturing faults
If you believe the damage may be due to a manufacturing fault, please contact our support team before carrying out any repairs.
In some cases, you may be entitled to a replacement, and repairing the garment beforehand could affect this.
You can submit a claim using the form below if you believe there is a manufacturing issue.
As a guide, manufacturing faults are typically identified at the point of purchase or shortly after first use. Damage that occurs over time is more likely to be general wear and tear.
