We’ve made returning items on your order super easy for you. If you change your mind, as long as you’ve not removed the tags and it's unworn you can send it back hassle-free for a refund providing you notify us within 14 days of receipt. Please note that we do not refund outbound postage costs as these are non-recoverable costs.
We dont offer exchanges at the moment but we are working on this and will be introducing exchanges in the near future.

Return Timeframes
Once a return has been delivered at our warehouse and checked in by the team your refund will automatically be processed and you will receive an email confirming this. We aim to get everything checked in within 24 hours of your item being received but this can take a little longer during busier periods.
If you believe you have received a faulty or incorrect item please click here with details of the fault before you return your item, as you may be entitled to a free return.
