We’re pleased to launch our new exchange platform for mainland UK orders.
At the moment, this service is available for mainland UK customers only, due to currency limitations. We are continuing to work with this platform and hope to expand exchanges to international orders in the future.

Enter your order reference number (this is a hashtag # followed by 6 numbers) along with the email address used to place the order, and the system will locate your order.
If your item has size or colour variations, you will be able to select a different size or colour, or choose a refund. The portal is easy to navigate and provides clear options to make your selection.
Please note, exchanges are like-for-like only. This means we can exchange for a different size or colour of the same item, but not for a completely different product.
Once submitted, the portal will guide you through the shipping process. Currently, we use Royal Mail 48-hour service for both returns and dispatch of exchanged items.
The exchange fee is a flat rate of £9.40. This includes £4.95 for the return shipping and £4.45 for the outbound delivery of your replacement item. We aim to be fully transparent with these charges so there are no surprises.
This fee helps cover operational costs, including insured transit, as well as warehouse handling such as picking, packing, and dispatching your replacement item.
